Most malls have a management department right there in the mall. Usually the mall itself is owned by some large corporation who in turn rents out store space to different companies such as this pet store. Find the corporation's management and report it to them......you might want to be so bold as to offer to accompany someone there right THEN so they can see for themselves (and you'll know that they did see it). I would think that the corporation would be in a position to have this store clean up their act or lose its lease since it's a blackeye on the whole mall.

OR......Report them to your local SPCA. The number should be in phone book or ask a vet for it.

OR....do you have a local TV station that likes to take on places like this and expose them to the public as a whole?

OR....do all 3 things!! The best bet for the animals would probably be the SPCA but I don't know how slow they are to respond in your area.

one last thought.....check your phone book to see if there are any local "rescue" groups for specific animals that you feel are being abused at this place and see if they can guide you better or throw in and help you.

Good luck and thank you for caring for all creatures!
