Help... Hurt Iguana, need advice!

I really need some help with my Iguana that I recently bought. I love him to death, and would really appreciate help. Here's the problem, about 2 days ago I woke up and went to feed him like always. When I looked at him I noticed one of his toes on his front foot had swollen quite large, and was slightly bent! I feel horrible! What do I do? I dont know if he hurt it somehow or what... but, I'm really worried! Please help if you know what it could be, or what I can do!
