swiss chard? endive?

I want to find something to add to my igs diet since I cant find Mustard Greens lately. Currently this is what they get:
collard greens, green beans, carrots, green pepper, parsnip, butternut squash, strawberries, dandelion leaves, escarole & aruguala.
Can I add swiss chard &/or endive into the mix? AND, WHAT is the truth about Kale... is it bad? I hear mixed stories on that one.
Please let me know what you all think.
