Zoe's tail...

Our rescue Zoe was not happy with us for her first few days here & whipped her tail pretty hard inside her enclosure & split it open. It was bleeding pretty good. We put her in a Betadine bath (this was around 2/12 or so). There is about 1 inch on the bottom of her tail that is dark & crispy. I am assuming she is going to lose it. But.... I plan on taking her to the vet soon because she hasnt been to him since I got her. She needs to be tested for parasites too... so....
But, the grey area of the tail hasnt spread at all - so I am hoping it will just be that inch.
