....place the iguana gently on top....wrap all in a blankie....pick up the bundle, walk to and get in a vehicle (taxi if necessary) AND GET TO A VET IMMEDIATELY.
If the vet is not familiar with iguanas he can phone one that is. This poor fellow may need immediate medical intervention, I would not even wait for an appointment. After an initial look over by the vet, with telephone advice, THEN go to a qualified herp vet. I'm sure links to help you find one will appear soon.
If you are already gone to the vet, and I hope you are after reading this post, have HIM find you someone experienced with iguanas.
Please take him right away ... we will all worry for you. Best of luck, and let us know what happens. None of us would have any idea when the baby is this ill...... :o(
