He really needs to see a vet....

I am guessing that he probably has MBD.Is his jaw swollen at all? can he move his back leggs? He probably needs a calcium injection. Where do you live? We might know of a vet in your area. He is going to need a uvb light and a good diet. Is he still living with your cousin? Is he able to properly care for him? If not are you going to take him? From what you are saying it sounds like it could be too late. Get him some collard greens, mustard greens and put a crushed tums(for calcium) on the greens. If his jaw is swollen you will have to puree the greens and feed them through a dropper. If he is able to eat on his own chop the greens very small so he can easly digest them. Make sure he has heat ( a heating pad covered with a towel will do for now) Iwould quit with the water, it probably won't help much. The greens+tums is what he needs.
