Please answer these ?'s so we can try to help you:
-What state are you in?
-How long has the iguana lived w/ your cousin?
-How long has it been ill?
-What does he feed it & how often?
-What type of enclosure is it in?
-What are the temps in the enclosure?
-Does he have a UVB light & how often is it replaced?
-What does he use for its "bedding"?
-Does the ig appear to have any swollen areas?
-How old is your cousin?
Please start by answering these & we will see what we can do.
BUT you are going to NEED to take it to the vet if you want it to live. You can take it outside of you put it in a box w/ a towel & into a pre heated car he will be ok to travel.
