Zoe's black skin - update & Photo!

I am still bathing Zoe in betadine baths since I got her (2/11). She is shedding a lot - but not in the black area yet. The sheds that are coming off are often layers... 2 to 3 layers of dead skin.
I am not really sure if the black is getting better or not... hard to tell just yet.
Here is a clear photo of it - can anyone help?
