When an Iguana closes it's eyes during petting it dosen't always me they like it some do it because they are scared or afraid, and just close them so that you dissapear and they can't see you then.. but it sometime's means they like it.. but If your Iguana is not usually happy when you approach them and you pet them and there eyes close, then take it as a sign that the they are just closing there eyes to make you dissapear..
