Diana I think it's time to take the next step like Mr D and I talked to you about. Go to the Regional Comapnion Animal Coordinator and register a complaint. Tell them they have 2 weeks to answer your complaint and rectify the situation or you will "be forced to take actions that are in the best interest of the animal".

Email or call Mr D and I if you need any moral support or want help with us. You know we are here for you.
