I can do this, infact I did start a webring but don't like the current service I am using so I decided that I am going to can it. I also have the ability to design an award. Our website is fully able to handle a message board to use as a communication tool and I have the abilty to create forms (I did it on the NH Herptile Society website).

Once again the problem will be who will volunteer to help review all the sites!? We're more than happy to organize this venture, we just need to have people who have a desire, devotion and the time to be involved!
