Ok, So for this to work if anyone wants to go ahead, We would first need a panel to vet sites and give out the award, perhaps a shield with wording something along the lines " This site has been assessed and passed, for correct Iguana Information.... something like that but trying not to look too trashy...Perhaps 1 or 2 knowledgeable people who know their stuff but don't have time to do this would be prepared to first off Vet the panel to make sure the people who are judging know the correct info....and we would need someone to design the award

It has been my feeling for some time that something like this is needed to counter the hopefully diminishing by now number of web sites still out there that even today say feeding mealworms crickets mice or dog and cat food is still ok

Perhaps something like this , once word had got around would enable new Iguana Owners to be able to view with trust a site that has been awarded this merit...the other option would be a correct care webring of some sort but not everyone likes the idea of webrings

Anyone else got any ideas how best to weed out the bad info sites and promote the good ones
