This guy I was talking to on the phone the other night wasn't giving his adopted Iggy collards. Some dummy told him not to because of pesticides. I told him if that were the case, mine would have been dead a long time ago and that if he used collards more often, he wouldn't have to use the calcium supplement as much. I always make sure to wash them really good first though, just to be safe. Also, make sure you cut away any big stems and vains because they can cause an impaction.
