I think it's one more company trying to make money.
Kaboucha squash has been known to cause iguanas to develop turquoise stripes, but those will fade away as they grow into adulthood.
I've seen VERY blue baby iguanas and from wot I've heard they turn just as green as any other iguana.
Also, don't take my word for it, but I know with some species of fish (Usually Oscars) they inject the fish with blue dye to make it a "rare blue Oscar". The fish is very short-lived. I doubt this could be the case with baby blue iguanas, but you never know.
