Vet check is definitely in order. Don't be surprised by a $200 bill. Collards, dandelion, etc are a great start for a new diet. The black spots could be fungal, stress, poor diet, lack of UVB or a combination. Vet will be able to tell better. Contact a vet for 5% Betadine sol'n. We buy by the gallon @$35. Better deal for us since we've taken 3 rescues in the last 6 months. "Weak tea" colored baths for a week or so should help. TUMS* have worked well for us for a calcium suppliment when pure form wasn't available.
Long term supplies - we do everything from Herpsupplies.com AND we can vouch for the business personally as it's only half an hour away and we've been there numerous times.
SOrry it's short but it's been a stressful night. I'm heading for bed. Don't hesitate to ask any new ?'s...;)
