I have used glass and plexiglass and have not had any reflection issues with any of my lizards-- that is not to say that it isn't a possibility, but you know your lizard better than anyone else. Why not make the back wood, and the three sides plexiglass? This way she won't feel so vulnerable (she can hide against the back and under objects-- mine does this) But she still has a pretty good view. Either that or make your two smaller sides WOOD like you said. Just keep in mind that wood is a real pain to clean if she ever likes to fingerpaint you a feces picture. Melamine is much easier to clean (counter top like material). Good luck and I'm sure she'll love your design (well after a few months anyway-- you know igs and change!)
