Don't worry!
This is prfectly normal! It IS the breeding season still, although he is a bit young. He may be seeing you as a threat to his territory. And this is an iguana's "I'm big, I'm bad, I'm better than you are, so get outta my way!" acts. Its one of those things that come with the package of iguana ownership.
