My ig thinks I'm satan

I recently brought home a little baby iguana. And yes I did my homework I've been researching them for 3 years and knew exactly what I was getting in to. Right now he thinks I'm Satan and wishes I would leave him the hell alone. My main question is about his skin. He is finally eating great has a 60% humidity level and gets baths regularly (much to his annoyance) but he still has these brown scales that my vet said are damaged scales and they MAY regrow after he sheds.. Has anyone ever seen this before? I just want to make sure I keep him happy and healthy. Anyone comments would be greatly appreciated. (plus I just wanna talk lizard)
