Sorry to sound so caustic but I hear things like this every day and in envery case the animal was never taken to the vet. This is a message board, not an emergency clinic. To the best of my knowledge there are no vets that participate here adn even if there were, without the benefit of seeing the ig there would be no way to diagnose.
Even though you are not noticing anything, you have no way of knowing what, if any, internal damage was done or is being done.
