Setting up Lights and Heat Lamps in Iguanarium

Every winter I face the same dilemnas keeping heat in wire type cages. Two years ago I went with a 70 gallon lizard lounge and now my female is outgrowing it- the only other alternative I see is wire type cages which I also have but can't stand to see the towels thrown over them to keep heat in. How is everyone setting up there large wire cages? Are they in separate rooms where the thermostat is set higher than the rest of the house? Any ideas on how I can set up my heat lamps and Iguana lights inside an iguanarium. Thank you,
