Cosmos, I'll give you what I can, and I'm sure others here will help.

First, you can give your Ig water by misting his food before you feed him. This might help the problem of getting water in his lungs. It would probably be best to not disturb him during the night unless your vet specifically directs you to.

As to the collards, the picture you refer to is NOT collard greens, but probably Kale, which is indeed high in oxalates, and not good for the kidneys. Collards have a smooth leaf, not curly as in the picture. Can you get turnip greens? These are an acceptable substitute. If you can get dandelion and mustard greens, these are good, too. Sorry they're so expensive in Sweden. The MK diet is good, and should keep him healthy if his kidneys hold out.

Figs are OK in moderation. You should soak the dry ones before feeding.

I don't use the alfalfa, but it won't hurt him to use it for protein.

Vitamin suppliments are probably unnecessary if you follow a good diet plan. Too much D3 can be as much a problem as not enough. You do not mention if you have UVB light available. This is absolutely necessary. I don't know what's available in Sweden, but if you have no access to UVB lights, Let me know, and I'll try to help.

The butternut squash and cantalope can cause the orange color in the urates.

Is the eye still puffed up? Iguanas can puff out thier eyes at will, with no ill effects. If this just comes and goes, it should be no problem. If the eye stays swollen, he needs to see the vet again right away.
