I wouldn't trade it for anything though. We thoroughly enjoy being Ig-parents. It's not for everyone, but do your research. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely adopt. A lot of the unwanted iguanas are already tame, trained and sweet as can be. There are small ones out there ready for adoption as well. Keep researching as much as you can and be prepared to be committed. Good luck in your decision! J
