:this is clearly spit. lol! sometimes i think he is spitting at me. ive noticed he is a little weird for instance he sat on his branch with his foot in the air for about a half hour today! i have a pic of it but it is poor quality i tried getting closer and he put it down! but thyats nothing compared to my adult trying to dig into every corner she can find! hiding in the pillows and blatently trying to agitate me by tearing stuff up and pooping where she sint suppose to! aaaaaaaaaawww the joys of owning an ig :)i love em to death !!!
They do sneeze and rid themselves of excess salts from their bodies (since they cannot sweat). Some poeople on the forum refer to this as a SNALT ;-)
: You will notice that it becomes crusty when left to dry. Mine have done it from time to time without a real diet change, but it can be an indication that they have too much sodium in their diet. You may want to consider any new foods you've introduced recently. If you feed them any canned veggies, you will notice a significant increase in the salt sneeze as these are too high in sodium.
: Sometimes it almost seems like they save it up so they can sneeze in your face too! LOL
