I've had several lizzies loose a nail here and there over the years. If you just keep it clean and disinfected, it should do just fine. I've never had a single problem. Probably happens all the time in the wild. I wouldn't rush to a vet unless the toe starts to swell (a great deal) and change colors dramatically.
