it's pretty obvious that the poor little guy was very very sick when he came to you! i think you should get stars for trying .... it's ALOT of work to spoon/syringe feed an ig!!!! and from the sound of things, the little guy had NEVER had proper care of any kind .... there was probably many many things going wrong in him and it was just a matter of time .... it really sounds like you did an awesome job of trying to nurse him back and THAT counts for something too!!!! at least his last days in this world were somewhat happier and more comfortable than what he'd previously had!!!! i think you did good ... please don't blame yourself .... there's another ig-angel now and i'll bet he's your guardian angel!! (sorry if that last part is just toooo corny but IIIIII believe in ig-angels!!!!)
