If that's 19" total from snout to tip of tail, that should be alright for a FEW months. Your iguana may become stressed with it's new home for a few weeks, so be ready. You may want to boost spending time with it during this period. Also, if there is any items from the old cage that you can put in the new one, this will help. Do not clean the items, since what you want, is the iguanas scent on the items, so it knows these objects. Your iguana will probably not eat for a few days in the new home too, this will be normal. Just keep him warm, plenty of UVB lighting and quiet time.
