I've read everything I can find and essentially derived my own menu from that info. I feed 70% greens, 30% a version of MK salad. I use fruit and whole wheat bread as treats and training tools only, unless I have a lizard that is dehydrated and could use some extra fluids. Occasionally I will add carrot tops, chard, a little Kale or Savoy Cabbage, but I repeat, occasionally. I will also very rarely give slightly mashed Kidney beans, but when I do this I have to watch my fingers very carefully! LOL
