I really don't know on one that old. I guess it could be a calcium problem but I would doubt it unless diet and UVB exposure has been very poor. I have seen mammals do this with renal failure. An accident, injury is a good possibility. At any rate an immediate trip to a good herp Vet is now a must. Good luck and let us know how things go. Iguana03
