The lights that I drew were not the exact things that I was going to use, It was only for proportion.
I'll move the top shelf closer to the UV, thanks for that tip.
I WAS going to use a ceramic heater.

Remember, this is just a sketch, I have already decided to make the cage deeper, and longer.
