Worried....

I have a 7 year old female. Yesterday she was very active, today she is laying real still and seems to be very tender to the touch in her belly region. She is also not as "regular" as she normally is. Is there any tried and true remedy to get her to go? And should I worry about her tenderness? I think she bruised herself jumping off places yesterday. She also has a weird patch of skin on her tail that she won't let me touch. It started out kinda light and now has turned kinda dark. I'm putting neosporin on it. I'm asking for advise hoping that tomorrow she seems better but if not call the vet to see if I can get her in. Thank in advance for any responses...
