blood in poop

My baby ig has the habit of getting into tight spaces whenever she gets loose. two days ago, after one of these escapades, I noticed a very faint trace of reddish/pink liquid in her water dish where she poops- Hardly any at all, but otherwise she is acting completly normal- her apetite has inreased, I am feeding her all the right foods, and she doesn't seem to act like she is injured. when she broke her tail, she was a bit skittish after that-- any way, the blood was there yesterday, in a much smaller amount, and today there wasn't any-- was this some sort of internal bleeding in the digestive tract? should I take her to the vet? any other suggestions?-- this is my first ig-- thanks!
