my brand new iguana is "sleepy" and passive

hello!
ive a baby iguana that was brought to my 4 days ago from new york (im in brasil) on a plane.
shes not interested in basking and stays at the floor of the aquarium (i think its well prepared, with lights, food and water).
i dont know if she will survive. shes eating, but not basking.  she spend most of the time with her eyes closed. maybe it is the stress. i can pick her up. shes very passive.
is it normal this kind of behavior?
what should i do? please, help!!!!
