Although I HATE to take sides, I would have to agree with Souella. Everyone should have "investigated" the situation before jumping at her throat.

Buying iguana's isn't the most welcome "method" of obtaining an iguana, BUT in this case, whats done is done. She bought the iglet, and an injured one. She only had good intentions, but everyone is turning it around on her, and gnawing away at her. She came here to ask for some advice, and suport. Instead, everyone just read the message blindly, saw that she bought the iglets, and pulled the bad out of the good she had meant. She rescued the iglet from an almost certain death, nobody would probably want to buy an iguana with a broken leg, and people probably wouldn't go through the expense of splinting, and tending to the leg.
Iglet adoptee's ARE out there, but what's done is done, and fate has brought her to these two little guys. Nothing else to it.

I recommend bring him/her to the vet ASAP, and the healthy one also, check up, fecal exams, and professional medical care. (no pun intended)

Best Wishes!!!

-Lesya

PS: Sorry but I was biting my toungue fo as long as I could, but I saw everyone hounding Souella down and just HAD to put in my 2 cents. Sorry, I am not maing or breaking any friendships, I just had to say what I had to say. :)
