Hello, I have my ig litter box trained. I dont use kitty litter, I use Lizard Litter substrate made by ESU I believe, its derived from the Kenaf plant, its supposed to be easily digested or passed if eaten. Ive been using it for a few years now with no problem, I dont ever see Gwaners eating it. Some people dont agree with my choice of substrate, but, you have to find what works for you. Her cage is also lined in astro-turf just incase she doesnt make it to the litter box in time. Yvette
