nononono. i wasn't adding it to my turtle's tank. i had iggy in the bathtub in warm water with the betadine. i know that that won't hurt him because my vet had me do it to him before when he had some cuts on his feet. it's called a betadine soak. and my ig doesn't have salmonella. he was just tested for it a month ago.
