HELP!!!!! BIG PROB. AND VERY CONCERNED!!!!

I was gone this weekend from 5pm on friday to 1:30pm sunday. I left Tarzan's in my mom's care, I told her ho wto feed him and everything. Because I thought that she had a SHRED of common-sense I failed to mention that he had to have his lights on for about 12 hours per day, I even went shooping for the basking light with her and was explaining to her the importance of heat, UV rays, etc.

I come home today (sunday) to find Tarzan with his lights OFF! His lights had been off the entire weekend! I took him out, he was cold as *heck* and moving really slowly, his food had been all over the cage, his tounge flicking was even extreme

I freaked out, threw him into a warm bath (not literally) to heat him up and tidied up his cage and put on his lights.

I am so afraid that he might be sick or something can about 38 hoyurs of around 70 degree temp. an dno UV light hurt him? I am SO afraid for him!
Is there anything else I can do?

PS: he also had stress coloration when I looked at him.
