Hello, not that I post here much, (Sue1 does most of the posting!), but it sounds like mating season blues.Igs are very hormonal, when it gets to breeding time, all bets are off for females. Males can be worse, just ask Sue about male ardour, the scars are finally disappearing after 4 years. A big male ig of ours decided that she was her mate and I was a weird looking male ig. Caesar, who was my baby from an iglet, got territorial. His house, his woman, his space! He would attack me on sight! On the days that Sue worked, I would get up, open the bedroom door and capth him in midair.I would tuck him under one arm, get my coffee and the paper and sit down. He had no probs, actually was a little cuddly, until I stood up! Wham! 6' of ig attacking! We calmed him down with a large Taz doll. Sue would take him into the bedroom, rub Taz under his chin, until he grabbed in his jaws,(Oh Baby, I've got you now!), and he would , y'know calm himself. He would feel better!
