Angelo's nose/Urgent!

I'm using Betadine to clean it out and a topical ointment (Chlorbiotic) at night and giving him his .25 cc/Baytril a day, but his nose looks like it might still be getting infected. What else can I do??? Or do I need to call the vet back, before it is too late???
