Yes that definitely sounds like an old plug-- they can look shriveled and plasticy when older but tubular and squishy/slimy when fresh. I've seen colors from beige to orange. What it is is semen that builds up in males and then solidifies hopefully to be eventually expelled (though Slee has trouble with his for some reason). If your reptile mates or gets off on some towel/shirt/stuffed animal/luv sock then he will expell his semen naturally and probably not have this build up. Either way is natural I suppose. With my last ig, I was confused for a long time when I saw these in his cage or poo (then someone finally clued me in!)
