Seminal plugs

In reference to the post below, I think I've seen this sort of
thing with Buana. Can someone explain to me what they are, how
they work. It always looked like a dried piece of plastic that
would come out of him from time to time. Once I pulled it out
like the person in the post below. It always had me baffled
to what it was......Steve
