Tanya..it's kind of hard to say for sure what the bump is since we can't see it *grin* But, it shouldn't hurt anything to try putting on Neo-sporin for a few days. You might want to cleanse the area using Betadine (that's the iodine-like stuff & you want the solution not the scrub). Mix the Betadine with water until it looks like tea and see if you can maybe soak the foot for a bit. Let dry & then put the Neo on. Best times to do this is when they are sleepy *grin*

If it appears to be worsening, then a vet visit is definite. This could be a minor boo-boo OR it could be an abscess. There's always a chance that only ORAL antibiotics will get rid of the cause of the bump.

You might want to go over her area and look for anything that might have caused an injury (if this is what it is or what caused the bump)so you can remedy the situation.
