Just one little comment...okay, call it a story. When I got my first iguana years ago, I lived in an apartment (with roommates) and my iguana lived in my room most of the time. He had an enclosure, but I gave him total freedom to come out as he pleased. Well, to make a long story short, I was sleeping one day when he decided to bite me (just after he had eaten a huge breakfast and he got me square on the nose). He had never even tried to bite me before and I'm guessing he didn't bite me aggressively (probably just trying to wake me up or get me out of *his* room). Anyway, it was an accident that could have been prevented. I'm not saying your iguana will bite you when you're sleeping or even bite you at all. All I know is that I've never slept in a room with a full grown iguana since. Hope I didn't scare ya...it's just that your story sounds so familiar. ;-) Good luck!
