Heat question

Baby crawled down to the bottom of his new cage to sleep last night. I don't have anything on the bottom yet as far as heat goes. Our house remains pretty much between 75-80 degrees at night. I'm a little concerned that he isn't going to get enough heat if he keeps sleeping there at night. What do you guys recommend? Heating pad? Towell, or blankie? Any suggestions would be appreciated. The last thing I want are his little organs to work overtime causing renal failure or something else down the road! J
