HELP !!!!

Hey,
I have a green Iguana that is about 22inches long and is my favoreite.hes never atempted to wipe or bite he only eats out of my hand. And is just over all the best reptile Pet. Over the past month iv'e noticed that He hasnt been eating much maybe (1 mealworm,2 small pieces of lettice a day, litlle zoo med iguana food A DAY)Iv'e also noticed that he has lost a tone of wait and his body is so thin that you can see all his ribs and hes like all rinkly.Also when he drinks water he drinks and water comes out of his nose and he brings his head up high like hes gasping for air.He sneezes alot but hes still just as friendly If you can GIVE ME ANY HELP ON WHATS WRONG WITH HIM OR HOW TO CURE HIM PLEASE LET ME KNOW>> I ALSO HAVE MAJOR Accses TO VETS..Thanks ALOT
