: Christy I have three bds and they all have a bright yellow mouths it is used as a defensive threat display if it is liver failer they usually deteriate quickly and there is little that can be done. If possible try feeding crickets that are dusted w/vitamins bds enjoy moving food and mealworms are not very good for them as for dehydration try getting a serynge from the drug store and drip water on the tip of his knows all my bds will lap it up and if he doesn't than you can open his mouth slightly and force the water in. My understanding on parisites is that most if not all bds have coccida but if their enclosures are cleaned daily the chance for them to become overloaded is leasend. Your herp vet should know this as for if you are using vit. B to stimulate appitite I have had very little succes and my understanding is that it has little if any effect. Good luck if you have any more questions you can e-mail me.
