Does he do this with all new people? I guess it will just take repeated exposure to these people if so-- my ig hates a couple people and I think he always will. He puffs up similarly and gets into position to whip but he will tolerate them touching them. He is utterly freaked though. With the majority of people, however, he reacts normally.
