Try again the next day, a couple times a day morning night. Its not important if they don't come off in 1 day or two weeks from now...just keep working on it so the casing comes off without strangulating the spike which takes like a long time to happen! Oh such misery!! (flashbacks of Feo's last shed) shudder!! This one is ALOT better....give Spike lots of water inside & out ;-) too! Hang in there Dishy....they'll come off and then you'll be wonderin what all this fussin was about ;-)
