Gettin' ready to go out to lunch and pick up my good ol' Vitamin E! Since I don't just happen to have some kelp supplements laying around, I'll check into that to. I definitely don't have access to seaweed. But to answer your question also, yes the prob is major retained shed on the spikes, as noted in my earlier post, several down, with subject: I waited too long :-(

Can hardly wait to try this out :-)
