If you only need to bring the ambient temperature up a few degrees, and the humidity in the room could use a boost, you could use a steam humidifier. Of course it should be placed where your Ig can't get to it. I use one in a room about the same size as yours, and it brings the ambient temp up about 4 to 5 degrees.
