I once tried to introduce my igs to my cat I figured if I held on to iso she would feel safe from the cat. Well everything seemed to be going alright iso looked kinda worried and the cat was unsure what to make of her, I don't know who made the first move but they both got spooked and iso gave me a flick of the tail and jumped out of my arms and both her and the cat went flying down the hallway at top speed trying to get away from each other, but because they were in the hallway they just stayed side by side until they ngot to the end were they spilt from each other. I was surprised at how fast it went from nervous curiosity to full out terror. It took a couple of hours for iso to calm down and turn back to normal color needless to say that was their only encounter.
